At the December 10, 2021 Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board adopted the Comprehensive Financial Plan Phase II.

At the January 15, 2021 Board of Trustees Meeting, the Board adopted the Comprehensive Financial Plan Phase I by resolution.

The Comprehensive Financial Plan will be adopted in four phases. Information regarding the District's current and future financial obligations and goals can be found here:

Property Assessments

Assessments are used to fund the day-to-day maintenance of the levees, pump stations, small capital projects, and first response activity during a flood emergency for those who reside within the boundaries of RD1000. Property assessments are collected by the local property taxing authority, the Sacramento County Tax Collector, and the Sutter County Tax Collector.
