Finance Committee Overview

The Finance Committee meets to review all board fiscal-related matters to ensure consistency between the budget and the organization’s plans. This committee reviews budgets, reports to the board any financial concerns or opportunities, oversees investments, recommends the selection of the auditor and reviews the annual audit, and advises the board and general manager on financial priorities.
